General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, inquiries, and contracts between Niklas Grell Export Shipping and the client, unless deviating written agreements have been made.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject matter is the organization of RoRo and container transports as well as related services such as customs clearance, export declaration, transport insurance, vehicle pickup within Germany, and other agreed services.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A booking made via the website initially constitutes an inquiry to enter into a contract. A contract is only concluded upon explicit acceptance or written booking confirmation from Niklas Grell Export Shipping. For container transports, an up-to-date daily quote is provided beforehand, which must be confirmed by the customer.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
RoRo prices are calculated according to the agreed terms. For container transports, an up-to-date daily quote will be prepared. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer prior to shipment or at the latest upon receipt of the final invoice on the day of shipment.
5. Obligations of the Client
The client must provide complete and accurate information and submit all required documents in a timely manner. The client is responsible for the lawfulness of the handed-over goods as well as their proper packaging and declaration.
6. Documents
Required documents can be uploaded during the booking process or submitted subsequently via WhatsApp to +49 151 55523970 or by email to info@export-shipping.com.
7. Liability
The German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp) apply in their currently valid version. In addition, mandatory statutory provisions apply insofar as they take precedence.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This can be accessed at any time via the footer of the website.
9. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies, provided no mandatory statutory provisions conflict therewith.
