Which vehicles can be shipped via RoRo?

Petrol, diesel, and mild-hybrid vehicles can be shipped via RoRo as standard. We are happy to review full hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and electric vehicles individually for container transport.

Which goods can be transported in a container?

All non-hazardous goods, e.g., household goods, machinery, spare parts, vehicles, and other non-hazardous items.

Which documents do I need?

For your first shipment, we require an ID card or passport. Depending on the order, additional documents such as the vehicle registration certificate, commercial invoice, or customs paperwork may be needed. Documents can be submitted later via WhatsApp or email.

How long does transport take?

Which ports are shipments sent from?

Regular departures from Hamburg and Antwerp. Other departure ports are available upon request.

Which destination ports are served?

Abidjan, Banjul, Bata, Casablanca, Conakry, Cotonou, Dakar, Douala, Freetown, Lagos, Libreville, Lomé, Luanda, Malabo, Monrovia, Nouakchott, Pointe-Noire, Takoradi, and Tema. Main focus on West Africa; other regions available upon request.

When will I receive a response?

Immediate automatic confirmation of receipt. Personal response within 24 hours (on business days).

What payment methods are available?

Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer prior to shipment or at the latest upon receipt of the final invoice on the day of shipment.

When will I receive the price for a container booking?

We prepare an up-to-date daily quote for every container booking. The booking becomes binding only after price confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Can I submit documents later?

Who is entered as the Shipper on the Bill of Lading (B/L)?

Depending on the order, either the client or the consignee is entered as the shipper.

Is liability governed by the ADSp?

Yes. Liability is governed by the applicable German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp).

Can I also book via WhatsApp?
